Conference Venue

There will be two conference venues within the exhibition hall. One will be a closed venue, enclosed with panels, while the other will be an open venue where attendees can listen from the corridor.

Lecture Conditions

Responsibilities of the Company

  • Lecture Duration: 60 minutes
  • For Lunch Sessions: Lunch costs (the number of lunches to be prepared will be determined by the company)
  • Coordination and honoraria for session chairs and speakers
  • Preparation and distribution of materials, if applicable
  • Submission of presentation materials
  • If simultaneous interpretation is required, the associated costs (we can introduce recommended interpretation companies)

Responsibilities of Japan Health

  • Provision of all necessary equipment and operators for the lecture, as well as overall event management
  • QR code management at the entrance, along with providing the attendee list after the event
  • Master of ceremonies
  • Distribution staff for lunches during Sessions A and B, and distribution of luncheon tickets (Expected at the time of venue opening)
  • Event program within the venue

Stage Setup

  • Stage Size: 9900 × 2700 mm
  • Seating: Layout adjustments possible within a total of 5 seats
  • Low Tables: Layout adjustments possible with 2 available tables
  • Return Monitors: 2 monitors available
  • Clicker/Pointer
  • Timing System: Countdown with yellow indicator 2 minutes before the end of the lecture, red for time-up
  • Intermission: Provided by Japan Health

Conference Venue Setup

  • Seating Capacity: 300 seats
  • Q&A Microphones: Available with microphone runners
  • Master of Ceremonies: Present
  • QR Code Scanning: Required before seating
