Our matchmaking programme is designed for exhibitors to help to achieve goals, unlock your business potential, and accelerate growth. *Only exhibitors who have applied for the optional matchmaning package will have access to the matchmaking features.
Enhance your exhibition experience with our optional matchmaking package. Gain added value through pre-scheduled meetings, boosted brand visibility, targeted business connections, and lead scanning tools—designed to help you get the most out of Japan Health 2025. You can apply this package from your EEC account.
Exhibitors with matchmaking access can browse and search for hosted buyers and other buyers (who have enabled visibility) using filters such as country/region, business type, product interests, and sourcing targets. They can also view profiles and bookmark buyers they are interested in.
Exhibitors with matchmaking access can scan visitor badges (both digital and physical) to retrieve key information such as name, company, job title, and email. They can also add notes and tags, and manage their leads by viewing, editing, deleting, and sorting scanned data. Team-wide and individual lead totals are also viewable.
Exhibitors with matchmaking access can view a detailed history of who on their team sent or responded to messages and meeting invitations, along with timestamps. Each exhibitor can send up to 30 meeting invitations, including pending, confirmed, and declined invitations (excluding cancelled ones).
The cost for this package is ¥100,000 (excluding tax) per account, which includes full access to all of the above features.
