Japan Health Event Platform is your one-stop online hub for everything related to the event — including the exhibitor directory, floorplan, conference program & speaker info, and matchmaking features to connect exhibitors and visitors for effective business meetings. *Our event platform will be available around May.
Buyers can explore and connect with exhibitors before the event via our dedicated platform. Use filters by product, business type, and country to schedule meetings in advance and have more productive conversations onsite. This program helps buyers make strategic connections and maximize their business opportunities at Japan Health 2025.
The Hosted Buyer Program offers selected buyers the opportunity to pre-schedule 1-on-1 meetings with relevant exhibitors. Participants will gain access to enhanced networking tools, priority scheduling, and exclusive on-site services to ensure a productive and efficient event experience. This program is designed to facilitate meaningful business connections and create tangible value for both buyers and exhibitors.

After reviewing your application, selected buyers will be officially approved and provided with a travel support of up to ¥150,000.
We welcome buyers who are actively involved in the healthcare or medical device industry, represent a leading organization, and are looking for new solutions or partnerships. You should be in a position to influence or make purchasing decisions.
1. Attendees are required to attend meetings with at least 6 exhibiting companies on one day during the event period (June 25–27). Each meeting will last 40 minutes.
2. In addition to the scheduled meetings, attendees are expected to spend half a day freely exploring the exhibition on another day. (Example: 6 meetings on June 25 + free visit on the morning of June 26 = 1.5 days at Japan Health)
1. Allow Japan Health to use your company name and logo for promotional purposes, including on the official website and newsletters.
2. All meetings and communications during the event will be conducted in English.
3. Attendees are responsible for booking their own flights and any extra nights of accommodation if needed. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the event.
4. By the second week of May, you will receive a list of participating exhibitors. Please select at least 6 companies you wish to meet with to pre-arrange your meeting schedule.
5. No cancellations are allowed after May 10th.
If you are unable to attend, please arrange for another representative from your company to participate.
