At Japan Health, two conference venues within the exhibition hall will host themed sessions over three days, with a unique focus for each day.

All conferences are free to attend. Please complete your registration for Japan Health, scheduled for February before attending. Information about conference seat reservations will be available on this website in March.

The following schedule will be the basic operation for two venues over three days.
The two seminar slots available for companies to purchase are the ‘Luncheon Conference’ and the ‘Sponsor Conference’.

Call for Abstracts

Japan Health is now accepting submissions for seminar topics. As Japan Health is an exhibition focused on healthcare and not a congress, we are broadly inviting speakers who can present on topics related to this theme.

Submission Requirements

The content must be original and not previously presented at other conferences or events.
Presentations must be in either Japanese or English.
Topics should align with the main theme, “The Future of Healthcare,” and fall within the healthcare and medical fields.
Presentations should not be focused on promoting specific companies or products.
No honorarium, transportation fees, or other compensations will be provided for speakers.

Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent within two weeks after the application deadline. Kindly note that withdrawals after submission will not be accepted.
